Pina colada jello salad

I made a jello salad that was yummy for the picnic Saturday. The bowl was empty when we came home so it must be a winner.

Two packages of Pina colada Jello mixed per directions less 1/4 cup of water


Mix in and refrigerate;

One cup of coconut

One large can of chopped pineapple drain the juice off



After the jello has set mix in;

One large container of cottage cheese

i am not one for jello but that does sound good and its a good ending to a hot summer day

Gonna have to bitch at the supermarket about their failure to provide the full line of Jell-O varieties.....

i couldnt find the pina coloda jello mix....where did you get it?

At the local grocery store. They had it on sale for .25 a package in January.

Would have been an even bigger hit if you had put rum in.

i have looked at the 3 major stores here....i have one more to check....

it has to be regional.....i even found jello fusion....now that was new
