If someone crossed the US border without inspection by immigration authorities, that would be EWI (Entry Without Inspection) aka US Code 8, Section 1325.

There, you see ? I specified what the crime is, in bold print.

Now, without dodging, changing the subject, or otherwise deflecting, you do the same, for what you call "war crimes"
