Only a third of drug deaths come from cocaine. So IF Trump were able to stop ALL cocaine traffic(and not all of it comes from Venezuela) at best his antics would save 30,000 of those lives.

And your overdose drug death graph is erroneous. Drug overdose deaths in the US peaked in August of 2023 at 114, 000 and have been steadily dropping ever since then.

Yep, a couple of huge jumps under Biden with a massive peak in 2022. Even with his "better" (if you can call it that) number in 2023, he's still above Trump's max. BTW: Trump did see a slight fall off. But he was already keeping it lower.
