CSPAN was one of the worst things to happen.
The rules of "discussion" are absurd, always have been. Instead of members coming up with a list of questions and choosing a couple to represent the group - which would be sooo much better - they all get 5 minutes each. And they spend 4 minutes and 30 seconds asking "questions" that are disguised grandstanding.
They don't want respondents to answer questions. It is literally designed so they don't.
Even the craziness of not allowing witnesses to respond to a 5 point question, that is obviously loaded, beyond yes or no.
Which is exactly what this pundit did.
