I've watched countless video's of police having to defend themselves once a vehicle is weaponized in the attempt to escape arrest, and where the officer's life was put in danger by the vehicle as the officer was either hit by it, was opened fire on from it, dragged by it or shockingly was actually carried away by it. In every case the officer or officer's opened fire on the vehicle stopping the driver by gun fire in multiple shots fired situations. You can watch and learn about such thing's either on YouTube (the best informational tool) or watch these cop's shows on cable etc.

What you people are doing is politicizing the event for your political biases, and therefore you could actually cause officer's to be placed in danger to be killed if they are commanded by a politicized captain or police chief to maybe hesitate in an event, otherwise if political retribution might come as a result or it is involved in the aftermath.

LE can't be politicized and that's that. It's too dangerous of a job for officer's to have to second guess or hesitate in highly dangerous situations. They are highly trained for most scenarios, and their training saves lives in many cases that are unseen in many stops.
