I didn't bother to listen to the audio. I know what I saw. Regardless of whether the ICE agent was bumped, she was driving away when he shot her. Four times. Point blank. In the head.

She was executed because she wasn't following orders and trying to get away. There was no "self-defense", there was no "domestic terrorism", despite the hysterical excuse making from Trumpsters. She pissed off the ICE thug and he murdered her.

According to the autopsy report, not all the shots were to her head, and two of them weren't life-threatening. But here's the thing....according to the report, the fatal shot point blank to her head was coming from the side, entering her left temple and exiting the right. So it was the final shot that we saw when he was standing to the left of her vehicle, firing at her through the driver's side open window, and it was clearly unnecessary.
