I've heard it said that human beings are naturally social creatures and that being social is what a healthy person does.

Contrasted to that is this Bible Scripture:

Deuteronomy 33:18
And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents.

Your thoughts? :)

I agree. But it is not always easy to meet new friends after old friends pass or move away.

And in this day and age you have to be so careful. It seems that everyday someone is getting hurt by someone they just met. So its hard.

I think everyone has to do what makes them happy.

Some people are content to be alone. The get “energy” from their alone time.
Some people need to be around others to be energized. We all need to do more self-exploration on what makes us happy and brings us joy, and ignore the noise of the world telling us what we SHOULD be doing or what we SHOULD be feeling

For some people it's easier to stay out of trouble by bein' alone...

... someone who, left to their own devices...

... manages to stay out of trouble...

... better than goin' along with a crowd.
