I go there for business frequently. City is overcrowded and expensive. When I arrive, I cannot wait to leave. Oh and the Jets suck as badly as their politicians. Especially Big Bird.

In percentage terms it's the greater NY states that are really bleeding tax base CT, NJ in particular plus RI, PA & MA most years. I know that because these are the people driving up housing prices where I live. 1000 ft under HAC is worth $800,000+ as a site for 3,000 ft under HAC and a lot of houses are being "Remodeled" to that standard being 1.2 miles from the Ocean

I live in New York..........most people outside of NYC refer to it as NewYorkistan.In terms of shitholes, at least its not nearly as bad as California but its not far behind.
