People get ready!!!

Oh shut up. This guy was hardly a thug. Selling individual cigarettes is hardly some major crime worthy of a forbidden choke hold.
But we don't know what he might have done to warrant the response. It was clipped from the partisan video.

It may have been, I am not sure. Do you have any proof that video was edited to make this incident something other then it wasn't?

Another HUGE, black THUG bites the dirt.... He'll now be up for sainthood with Saint Travyon, and Saint Brownie!..... Perhaps whites can go back and riot over OJ!

Of course he was...but no one seems to recognize that former NY ME Baden, had a different finding on the Brown autopsy then THREE other ME's who's opinions were used and Baden's thrown out by the Ferguson Grand Jury! Perhaps we should wait until the OFFICIAL announcement and autopsy is released, and see if it was a chock that killed him

That video was seriously edited down by a videographer with an agenda. It appears as though the 'victim' didn't follow Chris Rock's advice and instead resisted arrest and had some sort of breathing issue not related to the subduing.

Breathing issue? Yeah, it's called a chokehold, numb nuts.
Can't tell that by the video. If he was choked he couldn't say that he couldn't breathe. His vocal chords would be constricted as well. A lung issue would be different.

The medical examiner said that the chokehold killed him, and the police said that the chokehold that killed him violated policy.
Has GJ testimony been released already?

What does that matter? The medical examiner said Garner died from compression to the neck, compression to the body, and prone positioning. They did say that asthma, obesity, and heart disease were contributing factors, but the officer violated policy by using the choke hold in the first place.

So where do law abiding people draw a standard and stick to it???
There are some so ignorant or racist or partisan that they accept the murder of this man without question.

The officer used a prohibited choke hold, this method was disused because it caused the death of numerous individuals.
Departments all over the United States prohibit this type of hold.

The officer disregarded departmental orders and used this choke hold that resulted in the death of an unarmed man as supported by the Medical Examiner's finding.

There is no justification for the officer's actions, there were a sufficient number of officers on scene to take this guy down.

At the least the officer is guilty of a criminally negligent homicide.

I saw a guy that did not deserve to get choked out man... Seriously? You cannot tell me that guy deserved that kind of treatment. There were like 8 cops standing there...not 1 cop getting bum rushed.

Mouth off to the police and see what it gets you.

That's not America. In America people don't get killed for "mouthing off" at the police. At least they're not supposed to be killed for that.

What evidence do you have that he was a thug?

Marijuana can stay in your system for 30 days, and they found nothing in his system. This man didn't even smoke weed.

Did you actually watch it? It jumps from his verbal resisting to a point where cops are on his back. What happens in between is missing.

And yet that didn't stop you from claiming this man was a thug and somehow got what he deserved.

Brown acted foolishly and the Grand Jury was correct in their findings. I am not sure about this case. I would like to see more but this incident is troubling at best.

Department guidelines are NOT LAW! There is no penalty for that except police department penalties.

He has a prior arrest record.... makes him a THUG in my book, you have a prior arrest record? We should wait and see what develops or shall we do as the potus DID...THE POLICE ACTED STUPIDLY!

What does that matter? I guess if you're a mob anarchist it doesn't. For civilization it matters totally. Evidence and testimony -- including medical examinations -- carry more weight than a preliminary examination alone.

Unless you aren't special enough to wear a badge. Then you'd be charged with manslaughter. Glad to see we hold our law enforcement officers to a lower standard than us civilians.

I did watch the video. Can you offer any proof that this video was altered in fashion that suggests he acted violently? Or is this just an assumption you willing to run to justify a forbidden choke hold?

Just try it and see..At one time I though it cute to scream as I passed a cop giving a ticket to a victim.... I didn't say anything words, just screamed...Once a cop came after me and I had a Latino laborer for a job we were doing. He didn't come after me, the driver, he went after the Latino kid, and was harassing him rather harshly..I admitted to the scream and told him it was a gag..He finally let us go...

The medical examiner found: "compression of neck (choke hold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police"

If there is one case of cops going to far.....this was it.

I think your right, this one is different. The guy was only selling cigarettes. were they following police proceedure? they need to change something
when you can clearly hear the guy was in physical trouble.

Where did I state that department orders are the law???..why are you trying to attribute statements and positions to people that never made them.

If dishonesty is your moral standard, please don't reply.

IDIOT! NOBODY (including the officer) is denying that he was put into a choke hold, and that it resulted in his death. NOBODY but you.

Using a choke hold is forbidden by the NYPD. So yes, it is safe to say they acted foolishly in this incident.

Once again...this time on video...and what happens. The same shit. You wonder why blacks have a distrust for the JUST US system?

Because blacks arent the "us" in Just us (Justice)
