No percentages don't escape me. Whites make up about 70 percent of the arrests annually. They commit 60 percent of all violent crimes. They commit more than 60 percent of the property crime. Annually whites read in crimes committed in 27 or 28 out of the 30 categories listed in the Uniform Crime Reports. Percentages don't escape me, but apparently, they escape you.
