Southern central, maybe. I had landed at Three Mile Island and then went to a military base. The area I was driving in was along the Hershey Highway, and believe that highway ran basically north/south. I think north of the base.

This thread is quite sickening but I should expect this today in the US we now live in. The true victims of centuries of brutal violent slavery followed by centuries of social exclusion and ghettoization are deemed a threat to the very people who murdered and terrorized and lynched and burned their ancestors.

Would any sane person prefer to live in a society where Black people see few options but crime and hence resort to crime, drugs, prostitution, mugging, home invasions OR would they prefer to live in a society where Blacks are given an alternative, where money is spent to induce them to evade crime, evade drugs and build some kind of life style that is not only safer for then but safer for the white people who live amongst them?

If these programs reduce the probability of people drifting into crime then I'm all for it, it actually benefits ME as well as them.
