Perhaps but what if whites are already in receipt of things that blacks are not offered? If one group receives a set of group-specific privileges then why shouldn't the other group as a way of "balancing" the imbalance? Do you agree?

I do know the percentages. If whites are 70 percent of those arrested and blacks 24,n then by percentage more whites are being arrested. That's what the FBI information shows. I know because I study that information. You obviously do not.
