If only the truth about abortion was known...

Abortion isn't exactly the eugenics answer that it was supposed to be. The founder of Planned Parenthood was all about eugenics and killing off people of color in America.

Today most women who have abortions are married white middle class women who are inconvenienced by being pregnant or that the fetus has birth defects of some sort...

Most other women usually consider accidental pregnancy as access to some guy's paycheck or access to welfare programs or sometimes both. (Basically free money)

The trouble mostly coming from those children in state custody (foster children) who become pregnant. This is where the true sticking point is.

Congress can't overturn a court opinion by passing a law in opposition to that opinion.

This is additionally stupid because taking it out of the court and putting it into the Legislative branch means Congress can repeal the law and outlaw abortion, nationwide.

The court refused to hear the challenge to the law. That means it's constitutional. You might not like it, but that's the way it is right now. Ironically, the law that Pelosi and crew are thinking about might itself be declared unconstitutional.
