Muller danced around the "collusion" question and didn't really answer it. to my mind, sharing campaign data, taking meetings about the information illegally obtained about the rivals campaign, and then being forewarned of the timings and nature of the release of that information, and then acting upon it, certainly entails "collusion". To the alt-right crowd, nothing short of criminal conspiracy equals "collusion"....that's an individual's choice I guess. You are correct that Muller examined both the criminal conspiracy case and "collusion" but he only actually answered one of those questions with "no". He punted on the collusion part precisely because there's no legal crime called "collusion". Regarding obstruction: The precedent I am referring to is from the Nixon investigation. Muller's obstruction report reads very closely to the way the Watergate report to Congress read. It gave the Congress of the day the road-map to prosecute for obstruction but did not explicitly accuse Nixon of that crime. Just because Muller followed the case of Nixon and not Clinton doesn't make my statement false, indeed, it makes it true.

There's a trial in the Senate that ends with no conviction.

And it's the Collusion investigation all over again, complete with a massive burst bubble at the end, except now it's happened twice.

Meanwhile the 2020 election is underway and Trump is tap dancing on their faces on the campaign trail with this nonsense.
