"Just hours after former White House Counsel Don McGahn defied a subpoena from House Judiciary Committee Democrats, the panel announced Tuesday it was issuing two new subpoenas: one for former McGahn chief of staff Annie Donaldson, and another for former White House Communications Director Hope Hicks."
Despite Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team having investigated the circumstances surrounding the 'Republican Platform 2016' provisions relating to Russia & Ukraine, specifically of the rejection of a single delegate's amendment to the GOP platform, and found no wrongdoing, Nadler wants to do his own investigation of the matter.
Evidently Nadler believes he can find criminal wrong-doing where Special Counsel Mueller and his team of 19 hand-picked pro-democrat/ Hillary investigators who conducted a 2-year-long investigation could not.
So far the only thing Nadler, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, has done is:
- Order the US AG to break the law
- Hold the US AG in 'Contempt of Congress' for refusing to obey his order to break the law
- Attempt to violate decades of Constitutional precedent by seeking to force WH Counsel to testify before his Committee
- Prove that he is determined to harass this President by repeating the same investigations Democrats conducted for the last 3 years which resulted in no evidence / indictment / conviction of Trump or anyone connected to him for illegal collusion with Russians and Obstruction
- Prove he is either ignorant of the law or he is completely disregarding the law in his crusade to successfully affect a political Coup against the President where the Obama administration failed, either way proving he is not qualified to be Chairman of the Judicial Committee due to either his ignorance if the law or obsessive partisan hatred for the President
