There is no justification for tabling legislation. It’s an end around to obstruction to protect elected reps from having to cast a problematic vote. Considering how much time our congressmen spend sucking up to SIGs and running re-election campaigns, they should be able to cast up or down votes.

It should be mandatory that the legislation is read, debated in detail, and voted on, AFTER, they show in depth knowledge of the subject.

What I'm saying is that straw purchases are abundant and often times gun dealers have reason to believe the purchase of guns is for someone else. If there is a pattern of gun dealers falling into these types of sales then they are a problem and should be shut down.

Explain this to me: why is it Democrats never propose going after the gun seller if they sold a gun to somebody that kills or harms another person with it?
