How is that different from the USA. Fewer than 1% of rapists are ever convicted. If a woman dares to press charges, she is a drunken whore who probably consented and changed her mind. She is called a liar, a slut, or it's said she got drunk at a frat party. What did she think was going to happen? Details of her sexual history will become fodder for the defence.

Quite frankly, women don't report rapes because those that do say that what happens when you try to press charges is WORSE THAN the inital rape.
