No, of course not, but the cost of living in the Boston area is very high.....kids still need teachers..... Teachers still need a home over head...And she's been teaching and paying her college loans for over 20 YEARS.... She's not a deadbeat....from what I can tell from your article, nor is 100 k salary in the Boston area with their cost of living an astronomical salary as you make it out to be...

20 years as a teacher with experience is going to pay more than a teacher newly out of college....

And no, it doesn't bother me that a woman such as she, got cut a break.....she's been paying a ton in federal, state and local taxes for decades, why shouldn't some of her taxes come back to herself instead of her taxes paying for some other poor person, or some other person's child's healthcare,or some immigrant's hotel?
