Why France want a peace summit while "Israel" refuse it?

Peace summit will take place despite Israel objection, French FM says | World

Peace summits are pointless for the time being. The problem is not that there is no good, solid solution to the conflict. There is. And there has been for nearly a hundred years. Its essentially the same plan that has been offered again and again and again. Each time it is offered it gets slightly less good for the Palestinians. That trend will continue. (Only because Israel has plenty of time and plenty of resources to throw at the problem).

In a nutshell -- divide the territory roughly along the 1949 Armistice Lines with land swaps, residents become citizens of the territory they reside in and/or dual citizens, Temple Mount/Haram al-Sharif and other holy places become jointly controlled territories with some sort of international supervision, Israel's security is addressed with a temporary security guarantees, with gradual withdrawal and consequences for belligerent action.

The problem is not, and has never been, that there is not a reasonable, workable, fair solution to the conflict. There is. There always has been. The problem is that there is no Palestinian leader willing to stop pissing around and just accept it.

Indeed, justice and international law is the only solution.

You will never hear those words cross the lips of those worthless flunkies in the fake peace process. That is why there is perpetual failure.

BDS is currently the only real hope.

So true, Tinmore.

These two south african intellectuals say it all:

"The occupation of Palestine is the biggest moral scandal of our times, one of the most dehumanizing ordeals of the century we have just entered, and the biggest act of cowardice of the last half-century. The time has come for global isolation."

–Achille Mbembe, from the foreword

"A South African who is not white does not need more than one day's stay in Palestine to be thrown back to pre-1994 and realize that apartheid is very much alive under Israel as a colonial power. While governments continue to certify Israel's blatant disregard for Palestinian life and international law, activism by ordinary citizens around the world in solidarity with the Palestinians is intensifying. Global, mass protests against Israel's military attacks and the growth of support for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions campaign are promising steps in the right direction. The essays in Apartheid Israel: The Politics of an Analogy powerfully remind those of us who brought down the apartheid regime in South Africa that we must join with our Palestinian brothers and sisters in their fight to bring down the apartheid regime in Israel.”

indeed, it is comedy gold when an Islamic terrorist hugger would suggest that either of the competing Islamic terrorist franchises occupying Gaz'istan and Fatah'istan understand justice or international law.

Indeed, putting ones hopes on a failed conglomeration of social misfits, self-haters and Islamic terrorist sympathizer as a means to achieve some "justice" is beyond silly.

ISIS Ra El does not want peace or they would quit building settlements..

breaking news daesh (isis) are training with hamas in gaza. So it seems that you are just being RACIST again, and childish at the same time

Bill Clinton said that he "killed himself" in order to give the Palestinians a state. The offer was all of Gaza, and 97% of the West Bank (with land swaps by Israel). Arafart turned him down. The Palestinians "never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity."

So which international laws do you want to see used then, the ones that support both sides or the ones that only support the Palestinians ?

BDS failed a long time ago as it was stolen by Jew hating scum, then the Palestinians denied it as it did them more harm than good.

The only way is for international laws of 1923 on to be enforced fully

You do realise that International law says that all of Palestine is Jewish, including gaza, west bank and Jerusalem. And that the arab muslims should be in Jordan where they were meant to be

And how about a link showing how Israel is apartheid, and not the usual crap of occupation of the west bank as that is not Israel
