You don't understand. For right wingers, Socialism doesn't mean what it means to the rest of the world. To them it means any thing they are opposed to. Don't like Broccoli? Broccoli is socialist. PBS is a nonprofit. Nonprofits don't fund themselves by definition.. And most of its funding comes from non-government sources anyway.

PBS may be a nonprofit but the CEO and other top executives all have multiple six figure salaries. And part of that is paid for by the taxpayer. ..
