I saw that. Thanks for posting.Well, the parents who "didn't run away" just got caught hidding after running away.
This all about the gun. Its a direct attack on all gun ownersIt’s not about the gun. It’s about the fact they knew their son wanted to shoot his classmates and they did nothing.
Yes, fine, I’m sure many leftists are using this as an opportunity to push their anti-gun agenda. This all about the gun. Its a direct attack on all gun owners

Suspect's parents charged with 4 counts of homicide involuntary manslaughter
The parents of the Michigan school shooting suspect have been charged with four counts each of homicide involuntary manslaughter. Follow here for the latest.www.cnn.com
It looks like the school terrorist's parents in Michigan will be called to account, as well they should be. A 15 year old has no business with a firearm, regardless of the circumstances, nada. Bigly
Just as it’s wrong to demonize all gun owners, so is it wrong to defend these parents just *because* they are gun owners.
they have a right to be gun owners and gun enthusiasts and to pass that on to their children.
they’re *also* responsible, when the school shows them evidence that their son is homicidally unbalanced and talking about shooting his classmates, to remove the kid from school or at least speak up about the fact that they recently purchased him a gun.
Both POV’s can be true. They’re not mutually exclusive.
if someone showed them beforehand that he was planning to do the shooting and they ignored it, then yes, they should have been. Did that happen in that case? What about the black teenager who shot 3 people at his school, was given bail, released in a day, and given a party by his parent/parents?
Were they arrested for attempted manslaughter?

In this particular case, it’s all about what happened *before* the shooting.
Mentally ill people should not own or have access to guns in their household. You obviously disagree with that. So we'll never agree on this subject. We are not other countries
Americans have constitutional rights that people in other countries do not have

Yep, everyone who saw that picture and allowed this kid to remain in school and kill people only a couple hours after the conference is responsible. This includes the school staff involved. I’ve said that many times. You forgot on point of view...
We don't know anything about these parents or this situation.......
What we allegedly know is that that day, the day of the shooting, the school gave them notice of a disturbing picture and gave them 48 hours to do "something," about the boy.....
So the school didn't think he was an immediate or deadly threat....right? Given what they did.......right?
So the parents were trying to digest what they knew from the school when the shooting happened..........right? They could very well have decided to send this kid to counseling and been on the phone when the attack happened......right?
So making pronouncements as to their culpability is just dumb....
Meanwhile...again.......a black teeanger who actually shot 3 people in his school.......you know, something far worse than a disturbing picture, as a warning as to being dangerous........was given bail, and released from jail......now that is just hard to process.......and then given a party by his parent/parents....
Where was the call to arrest his parent/parents for his shooting....you know, where he shot 3 people in a school?
So......until we know more, and actually understand everything that was going on here, your posts are kind of silly.

But the parents also knew things the school didn’t. They knew their son had recently been gifted a gun. They failed to share this clearly relèvent information with the school during the conference. That will also hurt them (the parents) in court.
If we say that this kid shouldn`t have had a gun are we pushing our anti-gun agenda? What exactly is our anti-gun agenda?Yes, fine, I’m sure many leftists are using this as an opportunity to push their anti-gun agenda.
That doesn’t change the fact that, in this particular case, the parents deserve to go to jail for everything else they did.

There’s been a lot of talk about illegal versus legal gun storage according to Michigan law.Just as it’s wrong to demonize all gun owners, so is it wrong to defend these parents just *because* they are gun owners.

That's #2 of three. All three must exist for a charge of manslaughter.2(c) Created a situation where the risk of serious bodily injury or death was very high ...
