A quadriplegic child killer unsuccessfully sued his prison after claiming it violated his constitutional rights by allowing a mentally ill man to lick his feet. Timothy Reaves, who murdered 14 year-old Daniel ‘DJ’ Correia in 1994, alleged his rights had been infringed because prison guards did not stop the foot-worship from happening.
