The international law says that "All peoples have the right of self-determination;" that would include the Jewish people in Israel.​

So how about you produce evidence of Israel not giving the Palestinians equal rights and self determination using valid unbiased and non partisan sources. In doing so cite the rights violated, when those rights became universal in international law. Senior Palestinian official and former peace negotiator Nabil Shaath said in an recent interview that if the Western world does not pay attention to the Arab cause, it risks more plane hijackings and global economic crises emanating from the Middle East.

In the interview, translated and released by MEMRI, Shaath slammed efforts to make peace between Israel and the Palestinian Authority and had special criticism for the American role in peace negotiations, saying, “Anything is better than American control of the negotiations. Anything. The US has never been a reliable honest broker. Never.”

He added that the US was “the strategic ally of Israel. Period.”

He said that the PA wanted an alternative negotiating strategy, referencing PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’s call for talks “similar to the P5+1 framework”, which negotiated the recently-implemented Iran nuclear deal.

How is it that making peace with Israel is a bad thing?

Actually it is part of the UN Charter and the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations, that directly infers that Palestinians shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state; including Israel.​

How does this prove that the Jews "don't deserve a nation?"

• The UN Charter stipulates that ALL peoples have the "equal rights and self-determination."​

The international law says that "All peoples have the right of self-determination;" that would include the Jewish people in Israel.​

How does a Senior Palestinian official and former peace negotiator (Nabil Shaath), implying the threat of terrorism (ie hijacking planes), prove that Israel does not deserve a nation? The UN Securiety Council declares that acts, methods, and practices of terrorism are contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations and that knowingly financing, planning and inciting terrorist acts are also contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.​

I don't think that the US has ever denied the contention that it is an advocate and ally of the State of Israel. Having said that, how does a peaceful relation with a Super Power prove that "the Jews don't deserve a state?"

• In Article one of the UN Charter, binds members "to develop friendly relations among nations."

While the US has no interest in the undeveloped relations, or constantly assailed relations it might have with any Regional Nation within the Middle East, it has no bearing on the worthiness of Israel to be a State.​

Yes, I'm having a hard time following the logic. But then again, it was the Arab Nations that established the Khartoum resolution:

• No peace with Israel,
• No recognition of Israel, and
• No negotiations with Israel.

Everybody has rights, but nobody has the "right" to violate the rights of others.

No one denied the Arab Palestinians any rights. They just have never exercised them at the optimum time. And remember, the Arab Palestinian has no right to obstruct the Israel Right to Self-determination.

The title and rights to the territory went to the Allied Powers.
The Allied Powers set the conditions for immigration and the establishment of a Jewish National Home.
The Arabs did not like it.
The Arabs began a low intensity conflict.
The Jewish exercised their right to self-determination and declared independence.
The Arab low intensity conflict blossomed into a greater war support by the Arab League to achieve what they could not political acquire.
The Israeli's defeat the Arab contingent.
The Arab Palestinians refuse to make peace.
TheArabs periodically instigate conflict and blame it on the Israeli's​
