When it comes to property rights, can property rights be 'earned' as spoils of war? Did Russia become sole owner of the properties in the 10 nations that FDR and his pals sold out at the conclusion of WW2?

The same happened on Taiwan - where Chinese immigrants (mostly KMT) displaced the native and indigenous population and took control of the Island from the Japanese and formed an Island Republic of China. Also a total UN screw-up at the exact same time.
