If I signed a "peace treaty" with a country which had unfavorable terms for a third party and that third party stated disagreements with the agreement, that third party isn't against peace, just against a problematic agreement. I know that this distinction isn't easy for a pre-teen to understand so if you need me to explain it again in simpler terms, just let me know.
