Why would they even keep that as the Birth Certificate is the only formal, final and LEGAL record of your birth? Much less the question of why Hawaii would produce this at the behest of the POTUS in order to clear up any clouds about his legitimacy instead of the actual Birth Certificate?

Ask me to produce my original Birth Certificate (as required often for many things and applications throughout life), I can make a copy of it in 5 minutes. Again, a birth certificate establishes place of birth. We have doctors signatures, location, parents, the works. These vital documents are stored by the state.

Its the entire basis of legal documentation. We issue passports and identification using this process. We issue benefits, drivers licenses, inheretence, all of it.

You're insisting that no document ever proves anything.....for no other reason than you say so. That's irrational nonsense. As Obama's eligibility is a legal question, the standards of the law apply. Not 'because you say so'. And a COLB is prima facie evidence of place of birth in any court of law.
