• He said all these black women: Michelle Obumma, Joy Reid and Sheila Lee were dumb stumps who only got their positions via DEI.
• But he wasn't saying they were all under-qualified oafs because they were BLACK,
• They just happened to be several black women who never would have progressed beyond coffee maker and french fry server without DEI to advance them.

That isn't racism, that is just simple truth. The whole POINT to DEI is to take unqualified people who otherwise would be passed over for better qualified people and elevate them anyway into the workforce thereby artificially equalizing hiring practices to force an artificially higher number of these people into the workforce!

The only place racism comes in is in the DEI program itself as the whole CRITERIA for DEI is BASED on race! DEI does not work to help stupid, unqualified white or chinese people into good jobs, but ostensibly is focused towards only helping BLACK and similar ethnicities, so the racism is the PROGRAM, not the people like Kirk just for pointing it out.
