I don't know if I would go that far with the girl who created the stir. She wasn't at her own job when confronting the other lady and so she should still be allowed to work her job especially if she has never been a problem while at her job. What people do in between their work shifts should not cost them their jobs until their activity in between has a negative impact on their job performance when they are at their jobs. To me, getting banned from the store for creating the disturbance would've been sufficient enough if any punishment had to happen with her.

I'm always concerned about that as well. All over the internet you will see videos that have been staged.
In this case however, it appears to be genuine.

I agree with you, but the problem is once a video like this goes viral, and thousands of people contact the employer telling them they'll be boycotting their product or services, and even threatening them with violence, or making a scene at their company, then the employer has to start thinking about the other employees safety, and their company's bottom-line.
