Not all Jews buy into the Greater Israel idea. It's a Zionist thing. Heck, most Jews don't even want to go to Israel. They're happy where they are.

I am surprised you make the distinction between Jew and Zionist, because God does not. When Christ returns to defend them, He's not going to make that separation. He isn't going to ask about their political affiliation first. Greater Israel is what Israel is going to look like when Christ is finished. God's version of, "from the river to the sea" means the Euphrates River.

Don't most citizens of America want America to remain a country? Do Germans want to keep German land and remain Germany? Do Jews want Israel to remain Israel? What the world is calling Zionism all of a sudden, is actually Jewish patriotism.
There is no real demarcation between Jew and Zionist, it just makes Hitlerism look less evil about not wanting the Jews to have a safe haven of their own anywhere on this earth.

There isn't one thing wrong about wanting to preserve a nation by the group living in that nation. Iran doesn't want the Jews to own any land, and they will kill every Jew on that land to prevent "Zionism". How many of the people who were victims of the recent Hamas slaughter were asked if they were Jews or Zionists before they were murdered? This entire topic of “Greater Israel” is an antisemitic conspiracy theory, and the thread was started by an antisemite who has said that Gd has cursed the Jews and banished them from Israel for all time.

What is Zionism?

The problem as I see it is that God removed you from your "ancestral homeland" and scattered you among the nations. It was not God's idea to bring you back there, although he foresaw it in Ezekiel 5 and elsewhere. Also, you lost the name "Israel" in the days of Jeroboam and Rehoboam. God has never given you that name back. You have appropriated it for yourself unlawfully.

And what about the God who returns them to their homeland? The one who gave them Moses to lead them out of slavery and take them home to the land He gave them. The one who never slumbers or sleeps when it comes to His chosen people. The one who is going to hook Israels enemies in and destroy them. The one who plans to live among them forever. That God?

God literally lived in their Temple and those people were ballsy enough to tell God, they would rather have a king. So He left them to it. The first King wasn't too bad.
