Orlando Shooter More Likely Not Extremist Anti-Islam Convert--But Likely Delusional About To Die(?)!

The Republicans have had trouble for several months with the concept, "ISIS is Anti-Moslem." Anyone looks at who they kill, in other political parties. ISIS is not a form of Radical Islam, but is a political agenda, misguided, generating propaganda.

So it is useful to note that apparently the shooting in the Orlando club was not an intentional, long-term plan, but was an outcome of a confrontation, put in place a few hours later.

Prior to placing the 911 call, creating a sense of martyrdom in support of ISIS, the shooter was being confronted with an array of force, and so chose to exit life a martyr. The pledge to ISIS is mandatory for martyrdom--in that lie. The more likely intent of the path to an exit from life was the use of the massacre as a newsmaking announcement of his death. He became somebody, becoming dead.

Fortunately we have Donald Trump, who can now call for a temporary ban on all persons even knowing where New York is located: Where the shooter was from.

Millions can then be on board: All kinds of problems, for the Republicans, would then be solved. Trump is from New York!

What is laughably ridiculous, and has these sick consequences, is that people think they believe in 'god' without any evident understanding of what 'god' would have to be. This is demonstrated by the fact that they carry out acts they think force 'god' to act in a certain way.

Interviewed by the FBI three times. Claimed he was related to the Boston Bombers. A friend became a suicide bomber in Syria. Attended the mosque as the suicide bomber. Oh and he actually scouted out Disneyland.

Wahhabism/Salafism is the a tiny fraction and enemy of the rest of practiced Islam. If we want to make that the definition of 'radical Islam', it would be at least somewhat accurate.
Otherwise, the 'horrors' found in the Koran really are pretty much the same as what can be considered likewise in the Bible.
There are elements, individuals and small groups in so-called Christianity that are not in the interests of most of us. Real Christianity would be great to see; it rarely is. We can agree that Jesus is a more admirable image to aspire to than Mohammed. Yet, when we look objectively at the world and the average practitioners of the two largest faiths, effective differences are small.

He chose to emulate the most extreme element of all those that call themselves Muslims because his personal hatred of homosexuals found a home in their extremism.

If he'd been raised a Christian, all else being equal, he'd have found his way to the most extreme, violent, homophobic elements among those that call themselves Christians.
