It's actually pretty clever strategy, as the music really can change the way that the audience processes the scene or the moment in time.

It's certainly more conducive to synergy and intended positive outcome/reception than standing up there, yelling at clouds and invoking negative, angry, combative energy like we so often observe from Biden.

I'm actually DELIGHTED with the guy. Formally declared now not fit to even stand trial in his own defense, therefore, incompetent to hold office and not even legally responsible to make important decisions, drive a car, get a license or buy a gun as a result, he now must carry that baggage forward with scrutiny on his every action, the matter a question for every presser, and no doubt front and center for any debates he holds with Trump this Fall, not even allowing for whatever further state of degraded performance he will be in by this Fall!

The rest of this year will be a total comedy watching Joe slide off into deep end in the twilight of his life and career!
