Only 25% of Americans Think US Won Iran War, New Poll Shows

THAT would probably constitute a war crime (Geneva Conventions Additional Protocol I and customary IHL).
Actually not, the US Laws excludes the ICC's authority.
Besides, its laughable that Islamic terrorists and the state sponsor of terrorism would try to play the Geneva Convention card.
Does the Geneva Convention preclude public hangings or murdering 42,000 peaceful protesters?

The War - such as it is - is not over. NOBODY knows what the final outcome will be.

What does it matter what people think about who "won" at this point?

A “win” for Trump would be to get back to where we were before the attack on Iran.

He didn’t get that

Iran was working on nuclear weapons and ICBMs
You're taking Iran's word for it over the word of our intelligence community.

“As a result of Operation Midnight Hammer, Iran’s nuclear enrichment programme was obliterated. There has been no efforts since then to try to rebuild their enrichment capability,” Ms Gabbard said, in testimony to the Senate intelligence committee."

Our intelligence community was correct, their centrifuges were knocked out, however, the enriched uranium was being excavated and recovered. That said, Iran had been working feverishly on enriching uranium and developing ICBMs since 2003.
You can shill for Iran, many of us don't trust that vicious regime.
