Negotiations have begun, the U.S. and Russia are FINALLY talking, including the leaders of both countries; Moscow has already acknowledged Ukraine's right to join the EU but most importantly it's in the best interests of both sides to take this opportunity to end this foolish war.

Maybe the final deal will include NATO membership for Ukraine, but with some restrictions on the types of missiles that can be stationed there.

Who knows? With that concession Russia might even be willing to return to the borders as existed when Trump left office the first time.
