Rush Limbaugh is on to something here:
Taking down the Confederate flag means nothing more than appeasing race hustlers, and the sensibilities of a few trying to demonstrate their compassion for poor blacks. Admittedly, the media manufactured issue is important to some, while it is a trivial demand when compared to everything the freaks got before now. Let’s face it, the Civil War ended in 1865; so how can the Confederate flag do more harm today than the harm Lincoln did 154 years ago?
Incidentally, Lincoln appeased the freaks of his day. He justified burning to the ground half of the country under the pretense of preserving the Union. Question: How does Lincoln’s Union look today in relation to sovereignty? I do not want to debate the cause and effect of the Civil War in this thread except to say the Confederate States had the constitutional Right to secede.
Naturally, the media loves the flag story so they do not have to spend too much time on the serious problems. Notice how much coverage the Confederate flags gets, while the TPP —— close to abolishing America’s sovereignty —— gets a minute or two, if that much, on the liberal networks. It follows that Rush’s prediction is part of abandoning sovereignty. On the other hand, media blankets the airwaves with every demand maid by liberalism’s priesthood.
There is no doubt in my mind that the fringe Left will abolish the American flag as Rush predicted. The freaks are doing the dirty work for the ruling class. It is the perfect marriage. The more Americans that come to despise everything the Left is doing, the more Americans will turn to protection from the tax dollar ruling class —— the very people responsible for doing everything the Left does. Put it this way. If the freaks were not demanding, and getting, everything they want, the American people would see their real enemies without giving in to liberalism’s demands.
Bottom line: The tax dollar rich had to create a monster to blame. Giving liberals everything rather than refusing to give in to their demands is the stuff monsters are made of. The freaks on the Left fit every requirement demanded of monsters. In simpler terms, the Jews were Hitler’s monster, Russia’s nobility were Lenin’s monster.
NOTE: Monsters used to be called scapegoats. I chose the word monsters as the best way to define liberal freaks. Before you accuse me of being wrong ask yourself this: How can any group be called scapegoats when they are handed everything they demand?
I assume that Hemley’s words meant the Confederate flag, too. Yet government officials jumped at the opportunity to remove a piece of history from public property because a nut job killed nine black Americans. Of course the gun control crowd crawled out from under their rocks, but more gun controls is not the worst of it. The worst of it is that the race hustlers like the Chicago sewer rat turned the killings into an opportunity for him assume moral authority. Instead of a debate about racism, let’s first have one about the self-appointed ‘spiritual leaders’ who are on the march everywhere.
NOTE: Presidential wannabe, Senator Lindsey Graham, is desperate for a constituency, any constituency. Most voters who think the Confederate flag should be taken down were already spoken for on other issues; so I don’t know how many voters Graham will pick up after the flag that offends him comes down.
Parenthetically, individuals can carry, display, or wear a Confederate flag. Question: Will it go the way of this flag and every symbol of the swastika in Germany?:
I should warn everybody to think twice before getting a Confederate flag tattoo. The way liberal freaks do things incrementally it will not be long before they pick up their scalpels and remove tats:

The Supreme Court defines burning the American flag as free speech, yet it is not permissible to wear the American on a t-shirt, etc.

On Monday morning, the United States Supreme Court refused to hear a case from California that allowed a public school to ban American flag apparel worn by students.
Without comment, the Court denied the case of Dariano v. Morgan Hills School District. At least four of the nine Justices were needed to get the case before the Court next year for arguments.
