Roe was “settled law,” you imbecile. And now, finally, it has gotten a thorough review and the invalidity of that “settled” law has been exposed and aired. It is now WAY past time to overrule it.

Here’s a fun fact for morons like you, sillybozo. Did you know that “separate but equal” used to be “settled law,” too? Should that require that it not have been reviewed and overruled? ??

Plessy v. Ferguson was decided about 1896. By 1954, it had been “settled law” for longer than Roe v. Wade has been around. Yet, despite being “settled” for longer than Roe v. Wade has been “settled,” thankfully Plessy v. Ferguson did get overruled. See Brown v. Board of Education.) Imagine that. The SCOTUS has reviewed “settled law,” before (and settled law of even longer duration), and nevertheless has overruled such “settled” law, before.

No judge who agreed that the crappy case of Roe v. Wade was “settled” law “lied” about that.
