New England with eight states or so and 15 federal Progressive Senators with the 16th a left-wing Republican and all federal Representatives in Congress Progressives.

Maine has precisely 2 congressional districts...there is no Gerrymandering that can be done, silly one! And as US senators we have 1 Republican, and 1 Independent who caucuses with the Dems.
