In all seriousness though, how is it that conservatives are all about free speech until the tables are turned on them and they accused democrats of doing exactly the same thing to us?(Which they did btw but now they're the ones who can't handle what they dish out. Funny old world isn't it?)
Also, you're one hundred percent correct btw. I support the policies that Trump ran on. Those last two words are the key words here savvy?Okay, I'm getting my Captain Jack Sparrow on again I know.
Although at least we still do have closed borders though... closed borders because as far as I'm aware biological men are still allowed in women's restrooms and on their sports' teams and gender affirming surgery is still being performed on kids which Trump promised to outlaw. Oh yeah and peace between Israel and Palestine. At least for now.

Well... it seems to me that anyone who tries to silence others, in an aggressive, nasty way, instead of having an actual discussion or civil debate like a normal person....perhaps on some level knows they don't have a strong enough position to begin with.
As the saying goes “Truth doesn’t mind being questioned. A lie does not like being challenged.” But it could be something else too. I'm not going to try to psychoanalyze it, but I agree with what Harley said earlier. It's weird, cultish and obsessive. As it is when the other side does it. Tribalism is a real problem, iyam. I did a thread on that topic a couple years ago....which I often feel like bumping, when reading threads here. But I'm starting to think there might be a spiritual aspect to it too. Heck, that's a topic in and of itself. But extremely controversial, of course.
