Ohio Bathroom Bill Passes Senate

Trans people should use the restroom that corresponds to what reproductive parts they currently have. Feel free to use the other restroom once reassignment surgery has been undertaken, but not until then.
Reassignment surgery doesnt give them new "reproductive parts"
Thats silly

In some instances, it will take more than a quickie visual exam. Look at the pictures of the two male Victoria's Secret models. These men have had extensive surgery. Their shoulders have been narrowed. Ribs have been removed. hips have been repositioned. They might have had their legs shortened. The bone structure of their faces has been massively remodeled.

The future discoverer of these skeletons would be categorizing remodeling for awhile before realizing "it's a GUY!"
Yes, but they also no longer have penises either. I have no issue with them using the women's restroom.

Make them all unisex, problem solved.

Not sure if you're joking, but I've been in a couple of "all gender" bathrooms, and it's incredibly uncomfortable, for me as a man, to be in a public bathroom with women. How these "trans" guys get off on that is beyond me, it's SO uncomfortable for both the men and the women.

The only difference between an expensive disguise and a cheap disguise is the cost. They are still both deceptions
We are not discussing mere deception but the perception the deception creates.

I do, but it's the same argument. Some people want government dictating everything.
I don't see this as dictating. It brings back normality to an issue that has proliferated out of control by the left.

Were there laws on the matter before?
I'm not sure. I don't closely follow state-level legislation. This appears to align with related legislation in other states and a broader national trend.

Yep. Regardless, it's intrusive and stupid. The government should focus on more important matters. We can work out how to go to the bathroom on our own.

Males using female restrooms is intrusive, and it's ridiculous that it has to be passed because of over-the-top liberal positions. 70% of the Ohio electorate agree, so it is a very important matter to them.

It's ridiculous culture war meddling.

I covered that.....Multi-pot bathrooms/lockerooms are the problem.

I look forward to see how congress deals with their new tranny. :laughing0301:
Why spend a fortune building your idea of single use bathrooms instead of men’s and women’s facilities that already exist?

Ban swinging dicks from female bathroom, shower and dressing rooms

But if you insist we could consider adding a single stand alone toilet where perverts can pee in private

However only when and where it can be done for a reasonable cost

Uh, schools are the government.

Uh, schools are the government.
Uh. Ok. That can be managed by the schools. We don't need state or federal government telling us how to use the bathroom. For ****'s sake, can't you people see how trivial and petty this shit is? Wake up already.

Uh, again, the state runs the schools.

No, the principal of the school does, with oversight from the local school board. Why do we need centralized control over bathroom etiquette? Can't you busybodies find something else to obsess about?

No state curriculum, no state testing, no state funding, no state standards for teachers ...
