Is the debt going down? Or at least the deficit? I heard Trump will have a budget surplus next year? I really wish they took all the tariffs and savings and paid off the debt and put the money in social security so the fund never goes broke. Then I would be happy.

But I don't like cuts to the environmental agencies.
