Nope, it very clearly says this was an investigation by the State Department’s OIG, which is State’s incarnation of the real federal auditing and oversight entities that DOGE pretends to be.

Alas, that actual oversight was removed from numerous departments, including State, shortly before that press release was issued in order to eliminate an obstacle to the DOGE fraudsters.
