2. The parents come to America, spend 5 minutes here, plunk down a kid, take the infant to Canada, raise and educate her there until she is of college age, she then comes back to the USA to get a liberal college degree in California, and Voila! Now she is suddenly now a US citizen too! And democrats end up running her for president of the country.
