Wasn't it Bush Jr. who sent Gitmo detainees to Saudi Arabia, and they went to Yemen?

just fuck the laws huh?
No one on this forum has ever offered a single good reason why the federal courts can't handle these cases. Even the conservative Supreme Court said Bush was full of crap with his tribunal ideas. The kept telling him "no" until the admin put together a jury-rigged monstrosity. Leave this to DOJ, ignore the wing nuts, and let's try these suckers.
Each case is different.
If one of these people can not be proven to have done what is claimed and is cleared in a court of law then realse them.
If they are so pissed at how they have been treated in custody and then plot to harm the US so be it.
You do not prosicute or hold people for FUTURE crimes.
I know you guys are just talking smack. Just between us, we all know that no one is so stupid, so thick in the head, so moronic, such a drooling idiot to believe that Obama would just release terror suspects onto US streets. We know that, at the least, the innocent would be sent out of the country, the guilty would spend the rest of their lives in maximum security.
Not sure what the goal is saying those things unless it's strictly for the entertainment value. Even though it's not entertaining to me, maybe you guys are different. Good luck. Whatever the motivation. Oops, you've a little spittle, juuuuust there, OK, got it.

Dear Jake, I was found not guilty in a court of law. The system really works.
Sincerely,
OJ Simpson.
Chanel, give the evidence, please.
I didn't blame the jury, dipshit. and what is going to happen when the judge finds out the evidence against KSM was obtained by way of waterboarding? No one on this forum has ever offered a single good reason why the federal courts can't handle these cases. That is your comparative analysis: OJ Simpson? Laughable but your ignorance is enough to make one sad for you. OJ was found not guilty because the evidence was compromised. Don't blame the jury, elvis, blame the poor police procedure.
uh, mudwhistle, ol' buddy? Your opinion don't mean a thing, bub. Give the evidence, please.

My opinion means alot....and it's evident that you're of fucken shit for brains.
elvis, you are such a silly wuss.
You detain the stain forever, son. It is called "exclusion." We are do something similarly to the political terroristic wing nuts like you in our part of the country; we are excluding you folks from policy making and candidacy for office. We will take your votes and your money, though.
You are a little hissy tonight. Go talk to your boyfriend and ask him to take some of the steam out of you. You will feel better.
