It is very discouraging to read and realize that so many people are this stupid.

How can you fail to notice that the U.S. has a thriving auto industry that is completely NON-UNION? They make Toyota's, Nissan's BMW's, Volkswagen's, and even Mercedes Benz'. How can you fail to notice that EVERYONE got the shaft in the GM bailout - taxpayers, stockholders, bondholders, and trade creditors - EXCEPT the UAW? Who just happened to contribute hundreds of millions in money and services to promote Barry's election.

How can you fail to notice that Americans buy about ten million cars and trucks a year (at least), and SOMEBODY was going to be building them and selling them, when the dust settled down from the GM and Chrysler bankruptcy. All those jobs you think would have vanished - GM's suppliers and service providers - would have continued when the successor companies came out of the mess. They might have had a bad year or so, but do you honestly believe that some investor or group of investors wouldn't have figured out a way to make Chevy Silverado's - which sell about half a million copies a year.

Hey, I'm not the one who pushed the "What Clinton does in his personal life doesn't matter" meme. That was all on Democrats.
