I hang with him every few year, and appreciate that his skinny joints get me higher. I'm still not going to pay that kind of money to get high.

Will never happen. The purpose of Obamacare is to line the pockets of big insurance and line the pockets of big drug companies, since they'll have even less cause to control costs.

Marijuana being legal is the last thing big drug companies want, so it's the last thing Obama wants.
