How can the democratic party claim to be for the working man when their party wants to legalize millions of illegals in this country. The effect on wages would be devastating because you have effectively doubled the amount of available workers. Employers will then have an advantage in that they can bid down wages. Just do the math. Millions of new jobs get eaten up by just as many new workers and if we have more illegal immigrants enter this country than the number of jobs created within a year then we have a net loss of jobs. An example is if 200K new jobs are created in 2016 but allow a 1000K new people to be able to get work legally. The difference is 800K people not able to get work.

Its corporatism. Keep wages as low as possible.
