I never realized the president had the authority to give things away to other countries, or even to people in our country. I thought that Congress had to approve all spending measures and then the president could either sign bills into law and authorize them or veto them. But I now stand corrected. Obama is now King and can do whatever he wants. I don't know how he got this power to become King. Republicans must have given it to him since they control the House where all appropriations begin. Maybe we should fire all the Republicans in Congress.
