Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president's chances of re-election in 2012.

Donalyn Dela Cruz, Abercrombie's spokeswoman in Honolulu, ignored again today another in a series of repeated requests made by WND for an interview with the governor.

Toward the end of the interview, the newspaper asked Abercrombie: "You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate. How is that coming?"

In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have "political implications" for the next presidential election "that we simply cannot have."

A conservative who swears up and down that a President has no right to privacy whatsoever..would probably also swear up and down that the Vice President has the right to conduct secret meetings with oil executives. Or that another President has the right to keep his service records a secret.



President Obama is more a natural born citizen the John McCain was when he ran. And if President Obama share the exact same circumstances that John McCain was in..in that he was foreign born..like John McCain..who was born in Panama..he would still be considered an NBC under the very same law that considers John McCain an NBC.

However..under the Constitution..John McCain could not run for President. Republicans ran him anyway. Go fig.

President Obama is more a natural born citizen the John McCain was when he ran. And if President Obama share the exact same circumstances that John McCain was in..in that he was foreign born..like John McCain..who was born in Panama..he would still be considered an NBC under the very same law that considers John McCain an NBC.

However..under the Constitution..John McCain could not run for President. Republicans ran him anyway. Go fig.

President Obama has the State of Hawaii verifying he was born there, two independent papers verifying he was born there and his mother verifying he was born there. The United States Federal government certified he could run. And he's produced a birth certificate for the nuts.

There's nothing to satisfy this. So basically...President Obama has taken the right course.

All these declarative statements from you: he DID supply the documents, he IS a natural born citizen, birthers WON'T be happy even if he turns something over. The problem is that you don't and can't actually know any of these things. They're theories, and theories they are because they can be proven, and that's good, wonderful news: all Obama has to do is pick up the telephone and call his lawyers to release his various citizenship documents. Of course, to put the crazy conspiracy theorists at their ease, the documents will need chemical and electron microscope analysis, but these are very routine in forensics these days.

And if he's clear, your theories will be proven correct -all of them! Won't that be exciting? You might even get some big offers for your brilliant analytic prowess! That will be a wonderful moment and I'll be the first one to congratulate you, and I'm not being snide or cynical - I really mean it! But you can't celebrate until Obama stops fighting lawsuits to keep his citizenship records hidden, so join the call for them to be disclosed. You can be right, have real substance to your birther mockery - wow, the possibilities are just endless! Just amazing stuff! Really great!

Maybe you'll listen to Chris Matthews - an ultra hardcore, Obama supporting liberal - when he says the document Obama posted online is worthless and Obama needs to release his records. Go to youtube and search "chris matthews" + "birther" and sort by most recent, and you'll easily find the video posted multiple times on the first page of the search results. if you don't believe me, maybe you'll believe a famous liberal (I don;t have enough posts here to post links directly myself or I would).

Obama won't have to. Eleven states - so far - are enacting laws in which the candidate will have to disclose his long form birth certificate and other records, and all it takes to stop obama cold in 2012 is just one state with such a law. Then we'll see, won;t we?
