The Mueller report went into elaborate detail about how collusion isn't a crime. It took up at least 3 detailed paragraphs, as they defined the scope of their investigation. So this isn't being disingenuous, this is pointing out that no one was charged with collusion.

And Flynn didn't break any law by talking to a Russia ambassador. He pled guilty to materially false statements and omissions to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about the conversation.

No, they are only immune for official acts. If trump does something that is not considered an official act, he can be prosecuted. Same with Obama, biden, etc.

I would say an official act is something in a president's normal duties that are done on behalf of the public interest and not for personal or political interests.

but thats just my definition. I dont know what the courts consider an official act.
