Unfortunately, I have to go to Sacramento, CA four times a year for work, and every time I'm there, literally every single public place where people are, as well as nearly every block downtown, reeks of weed. Absolutely reeks of it. It's disgusting.

It's what I imagine it was like when 90% of adults smoked and people were allowed to smoke anywhere.

What’s more dangerous is that the stench means the drug is present and people are being subjected to it randomly and with impunity. That includes kids or babies in strollers or car seats. An indication of how cruel and stupid pot smokers are.
I carry a sprayer of 30% vinegar solution and an air-filtration mask when I’m in public. That’s how ridiculously ghetto this country has become.
