Liberals and DeBlasio demanded NYPD diversify it's command. In other words...less crackers in charge. DeBlasio demanded 23% of new recruits be black....but NYPD only got 13%. DeBlasio did take pride in the record number of Hispanics hired.
They just had a promotion wave and bragged that most newly promoted Captains are minority.....aka....not white males.
Well....at least their crime fighting priorities are in order. Education, ability, reputation, resume......meh....make sure the genitals and skin color are appropriate first.
